One block to the east, Northside Park is a 58 acre complex with softball, soccer and baseball fields, a fishing lagoon, playground, picnic area, pier, gazebo, and walking/jogging paths.

There are several restaurants in walking distance as well as a discount grocery and a seafood store. Neighboring businesses include: Über Bagel, Fractured Prune, Sunsations, Ledo Pizza, Subway, Grotto Pizza, Dumser's Dairyland Restaurant, the Montego Bay Shopping Center, and miniature golf.
