ADA Railings

Thurgood Marshall Memorial
State House, Annapolis, MD

Assisting with the little details, Fountainworks Studio fabricated and installed the railing at the Toby Mendez designed Thurgood Marshall Memorial. The railings, built to State specifications, comply with ADA guidelines.

Fountainworks Studios is owned by Charles Crum. He earned a BLA from Western Maryland College majoring in Art History. He served as the first executive director of the Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center, successfully launching the Delaplaine into what has become the region's premiere visual arts center. He operates a family-owned, plumbing and HVAC busiess.
